  I have used GEEBEE & sons on four different occasions. The first time they came in
  and finished a job another contractor had totally screwed up. The second time was atfer the storm totally wiped out our ground floor retail space.
  
  Their work is professional neat and quick, their quotes accurate and their willingness to work around existing conditions be it with tenants or other trades is commendable.
  
  I highly recommend them and will use them again when needed.

  I am the manager of a building on NYC's UES. I first used GeeBee and Sons about 5 years ago to refurbish 100 year old windows and to replace the ones that were beyond repair. They did an excellent job and I have used them for several other jobs in my building since. I have also recommended them to shareholders looking to do work in their high end apartments and have been told each time that they were very happy with Gee Bee's performance. They are responsive, respectful of the building's rules, residents and staff and have been meeting every deadline. On many occasions they have put in extra time to meet deadlines and to make my board and shareholders happy. Highly recommend this company.
