  I have to agree that this place lacks in customer service. I recently called for a price quote for something as simple as chair covers and the lady who picked up the phone seemed to want to rush me off the phone as if she couldn't be bothered. My family and I throw parties quite often and I most recently became a certified wedding and event planner. They just lost a substantial amount of business.

  I have used them for two dinner parties and they were great! Ellen was super helpful. Helpful Hint: Be sure to schedule pick up/drop off in advance to best align with their window of time. Otherwise than that they are great and I look forward to renting with them again.
